These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, mobile experience, games, sports markets, promotions, payment facilities, and customer support services made available by bull99e. References to the “platform” or “services” include every bull99e feature that is available to a registered player.

Deposits must be made for genuine gaming activity and must not be used to transfer or conceal funds. A payment may be rejected, reversed, or held for review if the name does not match the bull99e account, the transaction appears unauthorised, or compliance information is incomplete. For sports betting, bull99e may settle EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, and other markets according to the published market rules and official result. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect participants, duplicated markets, technical faults, or inaccurate event data may result in a wager being voided or resettled at the correct terms where permitted. Players should check their bet confirmation before an event begins.

Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, completed wagering conditions, identity verification, fraud screening, payment-method checks, and any applicable transaction limits. bull99e generally returns funds to a verified method belonging to the account holder. An alternative method may be required where the original route cannot receive withdrawals.

bull99e may investigate, restrict, suspend, or close an account where prohibited activity is reasonably suspected. Relevant transactions may be withheld during the review, and information may be preserved where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Responsible Gambling

bull99e provides gambling solely as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. You must not treat betting as a source of income or use funds required for rent, food, medical care, education, loan repayments, bills, or family responsibilities. Account Suspension and Closure

bull99e may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, failure to complete verification, suspected fraud, promotion abuse, security risk, prohibited conduct, or a legal or regulatory requirement. Where reasonably possible, the player will be informed of the general reason, subject to restrictions on disclosing security or compliance procedures.

Privacy and Personal Information

You must not copy, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, modify, frame, or commercially exploit bull99e content without prior written permission. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of platform content, software, trademarks, or supplier materials to a player.

Service Availability and Liability

bull99e aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failure, device incompatibility, provider outages, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or telecommunications problems may temporarily affect games, live football feeds, payment services, or account access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bull99e is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from service interruption, player error, lost credentials, device failure, third-party payment delays, or reliance on displayed content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your primary remedy for an incorrectly recorded transaction is review and correction of the affected account entry where the evidence supports it.

Complaints and Dispute Review

If you believe an account transaction, wager, bonus decision, or withdrawal has been handled incorrectly, contact bull99e support promptly and provide the relevant date, amount, game or event, transaction reference, and supporting evidence. Changes, Severability, and Contact

Material changes will take effect when published or on a later date stated in the notice. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the revised terms.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. A failure by bull99e to enforce a term immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
